One fee covers all four skills — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking — plus your first Test Report Form. Score lower than you hoped and a retake means paying the full fee again, unless a One Skill Retake option is offered here. Why the fee is only half the cost
The Philippines is one of the places where the way you take a test can change the price. For example, IDP's test that you take with paper and pencil costs PHP 13,660, which is actually less than the test you take on a computer, which costs PHP 14,206. No matter how you take the test or who you take it with, if you do not get a good score, you have to pay the full price again to take it. This means you have to pay PHP 13,660 to PHP 14,206 to take the test with IDP, or PHP 14,470 to take it with the British Council.
